Koraput: 17/08/25 (Fast News Odisha) The road of Ladhamunda village, Ward No. 4, near Tikarpada Village Panchayat, under Lamtaput block of Koraput district, is dead. Every day, people pass through the said road to Nandpur to work for daily wages or go to the haat market. During the previous BJ government, MLAs starting from Sarpanch made big promises to take over Bhat, but there was little hope of implementation. In this regard, the villagers have repeatedly written to the block officials, starting from Sarpanch, many times. It is unfortunate that the work has not been started till date. Khara, Jhinu Khara has complained. Similarly, Mr. Raghuram Fish, the BJP MLA of Koraput Constituency during the election campaign, promised to build the road during the election campaign, but no work has been done till date. And later, MLA Raghuram Fish has passed the bill after his victory. He said that the villagers will come down to the highway along with surrounding the District Collector’s office. After contacting the MLA, the proposal for the road of the said village has not yet been approved, but then the road will go up to Fishkund railway station.
