Nabarangpur MLA Gaurishkan Majhi, District Magistrate Dr. Maheshwar Swayun, Additional District Magistrate (Revenue) Biswajit Burman and Upazila Prakash Kumar Mishra were present as the chief guest in this fair! Chief District Agriculture Officer Sudhiranjan Behera launched today’s educational meeting with a welcome speech!
