Children’s Day program has been celebrated with great pomp in the campus of Adams Durgavati National School. Former Union Minister Nijinyar Bisheshwar Tudu attended as the chief guest and lit the lamp. The meeting was presided over by the president, Samaj Sevi, and prominent business man Gaya Prasad Khadelwal. Sukant Jiu joined as a member of the working committee and shed light on Children’s Day. Additional Block Education Officer Baripada Braj Mahan Murmu, Bhagat Panda, Journalist Tarun Kumar Das, Balaram Nath, Satasi Mohanty, Da Shasidhar Biswal, Da Niroj Kumar Pothal, Kapil Dubey, Da Asim Kumar Chakraborty read the text and taught the children to be big people. National and international award winning founder Da Shashidhar Biswal introduced the guest and moderated the event. Kank Lata Majhi, Ramchandra Behera, Sardar Haricharan Singh, Da Niroj Kumar Pothal, Himanshu Shekhar Praharaj, Chit Ranjan Swayam, Da Shashidhar Biswal, Kapil Dubey, Somnath Singh, Siddheshwar Mishra, Balaram Nath, Ajit Das, Rajni Bala Barik, Vinod Kumar Mandai, Tarun Kumar Das, Satish Kumar Mohanty were inducted. On behalf of the guests, they were presented with garlands, bouquets of flowers, trees and plants and portraits of Jagannath. Regional Instrumental Center Nahar Peda students participated in elementary cultural dance logic, essay, solo act, art, music competition by school students out of which 62 students were awarded with certificate medal. All the teachers, students, parents and members of the school made the program a success. At the end, teacher Jnjanranjan Barik gave vote of thanks.
