Nabarangpur, (Ranjit Naik) Date: 07.09.2025 Re: Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Integrated Tribal Development Organization sponsored by the Government of India, Nabarangpur, organized by Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan Tri-Divasiya Residential District process implementation workshop was completed yesterday on 06.09.2025, which started on 04.09.2025 in the conference room of Hotel Rakisan Premium! 58 officials from 10 blocks from five departments viz.- Health and Family Welfare, Women and Child Development, Panchayatiraj and Drinking Water, Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Tribes, Minorities, and Backward Classes Welfare Departments, Forest, Environment, and Climate Change, and Rural Development Departments and 3 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) viz., Piramal Foundation, Shova, Nabarangpur, and Harsha participated in the workshop. The employees of the Trust were trained as Block Chief Trainers by District Chief Trainers! Nabarangpur District Governor Dr. on the final day. For Maheshwar, V.P. He read out a collective pledge to all the block chief trainers present and all the tribal workers with service, dedication and determination to express their strong commitment in accepting this path to fulfill their duty as life-long learners by promoting the heritage and dignity of the tribal community, a vital part of our society, and promoting justice, equality and unity! Within the next 10 days, a bilateral block process implementation workshop will be held for block-level officials under the leadership of the group development officer in each block!
Which will be facilitated by the block chief trainers trained in the district process implementation workshop with the help of the district chief trainer! Among them Adi-Sahayog and Adi-Sathi will be selected! Then an international village-level workshop will be held for village-level officials! A workshop on how to identify village resources through trans-sect or village review walks and group discussions, understanding land use, understanding water problems, assessing livelihoods, gathering local, socio-economic information, calling, segmenting and identifying opportunities for change through planning, vision planning for each village based on the preservation of tribal culture, aspirations, goals, and priorities, 2030 (2030). Vision, 2030) and village action plan (VAP-Village Action Plan) will prepare! Under Adi Karma Yogi Abhiyan, an easy, accessible, and accountable Single Window Center in every tribal affected village – “Your right, at your home! Every right, at your doorstep”! Which will work as a single center or contact point (One Stop Center or One Point Contact) for tribal empowerment! The four walls of which – the contact list of concerned departmental officers assigned at block level and village level, will reflect vision-2030, plan awareness- department, plan, merit, and benefits, service time! Service time can be divided into two parts! Every Monday “Adi Seva Time”, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, for the purpose of department communication and citizen skepticism, and on the fourth Saturday of the month “Public News” day, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, complaint review, plan giving, and group discussion to discuss the design of the campaign!
