Baripada on 16/12 (Fast News Odisha) Odisha Police Havildar and Constable Constable Mayurvanj district branch elections were held and the names of new employees have been announced by Election Officer Mayurbhanj SP Barun Guntupalli. Vikas Kumar Barik has won the election as president by a margin of 297 votes from Pramod Kumar Das. Similarly, Nirmal Mahanth as Vice President, from Rup Shri Behera by a margin of 490 votes, Suraj Kumar Raj as Editor, from Gautam Sen by a margin of 221 votes, Prafulla Kumar Sardar as Co-Editor by Jillimanith by a margin of 207 votes, Chandrakanti Sahu as one of the co-editors, Chandrakanti Sahu as one of the co-editors, from Sales Manager Raut by a margin of 221 votes, as Treasurer. Bhimsen Mahanth won from Vijay Kumar Lenka by a margin of 371 votes while Debilal Tudu, Gobind Chandra Bhatt, Ruhidas Murmu, Abhiram Behera and Kiran Kumar Sathua were elected as acting members. Additional SP Savita Majhi conducted the election as the returning officer while the election was held under the supervision of Mayurbhanj SP Varun Guntupalli as the Chief Election Officer.
