Four people surrendered again from the area known as a Maoist area Kandhamal Police surrendered to the hands of top leader Shukru who was working hard to catch Kandhamal Police Today Shukru himself surrendered Jai DGP informed. The government announced a reward of Rs 55 lakh for the capture of Shukra, a top leader among them. Four more Maoists, including Sanjeev Panda and SP Harish, surrendered.
