Malkangiri, 21/2/26: A district-level skill training program has been held at the local FLC meeting house under the direction of District Governor Somesh Kumar Upadhyay under the advika program of the district social welfare officer. Additional District Administration Somnath Pradhan, District Social Welfare Officer, Gauri Naik and Security Officer T. Jaya Lakshmi was present and inaugurated the workshop. Meenakshi Pradhan District Coordinator imparted various technical trainings for the empowerment of the youth such as digital literacy, cyber security, communication. Manas Ranjan Kapitan and Pusti Ranjan of the Education Department imparted great knowledge on fine arts and computer related matters. DPC Mission Shakti Harshananda Pradhan imparted training on vocational employment opportunities. Ashish Panda informed Kishor Kishori about savings and investments and various insurances. A total of 80 children from all child development schemes, gardeners, supervisors were present and received training in this program. At the end all the participants were given certificates. The program was organized by the workers of District Women Empowerment Hub. District Coordinator Mrs. Pradhan conducted the program. Finally, the security officer gave thanks.
