Kandhamal, (Fast News Odisha): Kandhamal district in Baliguda subdivision. Nuaga police and Baliguda unemployment department jointly raided and destroyed 47 acres of cannabis trees. It is revealed that after receiving information from a source about illegal cultivation of cannabis in 47 acres of illegally cultivated land in Budabali forest, Kudutuli Panchayat of K. Nuaga block, he suddenly cut down the said cannabis tree and burnt it. In this cannabis tree cutting campaign, Nuagaon police station officer Ashok Kumar Hasda, SI Ashok Kumar Tripatha, Surendra Rajahans, Assistant SI Sumitra Dadai and all the police and unemployment department staff were involved.
