Nandpur,T:-14/09/25 (Fast News Odisha) A sad incident has happened in Ranta village of Kularsingh panchayat under Padua police station under Nandpur block. According to information, Nageshwari Dumutha’s (21) father, Lob Dumutha, went to a nearby well to fetch water at 5 am today. He did not return home from there. Since he did not return home for a long time, the family searched around. But there was no trace of the girl. Knowing that Badi had gone to get water from Vo, he went there suspecting that he had fallen into the well. Seeing the girl’s body floating in the well, he immediately informed the villagers. With the help of the villagers, he was rescued at around 10 o’clock in the day and kept in his residence and immediately gave a written report to the Padua police station. On receiving the information, the police immediately reached the spot and registered a death case number 11/25 and handed over the body to the family members after post-mortem. Later he was cremated in his own village.
