
Kotgarh 16/11 (Fast News Odisha) Block level fish and water resource fair 2025 program has been held in Kotgarh, Kandhamal district. The fair was inaugurated by Dr. Bhagat Ghosh Pradeep. Kotgarh Block Committee Chairperson Pinky Kaha cut the ribbon and inaugurated it. BDO Shubhkanth Naik presided over the event. Many officials including Harilakshmi, W.O. Deepak Kumar Singh, and Tumudibandh BVO Shri Mans Ranjan Naik, VS Anang Kumar Das, Belgarh VS Shri Mangalgiri Rahul, Kotgarh VD Dr. Ruth Dungdung and Kotgarh VD Inspector Ashok Kumar Pot, Hirohiral Paraset, Gopinath Pot first Pradeep. Everyone lit Birsa Munda and remembered him. Kamdhenu gave a presentation on how to profit by cow rearing, poultry farming, goat farming and various types of grass cultivation. He also discussed how fish farming can be beneficial by digging ponds and producing fish twins. Dr. Divya Ranjan Lenka and Ruth Dung Dung were felicitated by Karma Chari of all VDs and Prashmi Mitra of Kotgarh Block. CDVO Dr. Bhagwat Ghasha informed all the farmers about various schemes. In this event, successful farmers were awarded in the field of animal husbandry, poultry farming, cattle rearing and goat rearing. Similarly, Ramesh Pradhan Mo Pokhari Yojana was awarded as the best farmer Finally, various farmers were given government subsidies and work instructions. All the employees of Kotgarh and Tumudi Bandh fully participated in the said program. All farmers from 15 Goti Panchayats of Kotgarh Block and Prashikmi Mitra, Animal Mitra, all mothers of SGH Group attended. Assistant Fisheries Officer Dev Jyot Sethi thanked all the farmers who came.
