Kolabira, 29.10 (Fast News Odisha): The government has introduced many schemes at different levels for the poor beneficiaries. Bhimvoy Disability Empowerment Camp is a special scheme within Seth. The government is spending crores of rupees for the welfare of the people. However, it cannot be fruitful due to the lack of will of departmental officers and employees. As a result, the beneficiaries and the public are being left out of the scheme and are suffering from personal problems. In Kolabira Block, the Vimvoi Disability Empowerment Camp was organized by the Block Level District Social Security and Disability Empowerment Department on Wednesday. Only 120 people registered this time from all categories. It is alleged that the number of people has decreased due to lack of publicity. Even in the letter sent by the block administration to Pachayat and other special people, the 29th Thursday is shown which is the 29th Wednesday, so people were really confused about whether it was the 29th or Thursday. In order to know more about it, people contacted some of the executive officers of Pachanyat, but it is alleged that they did not get the correct answer. People had already reached the camp after getting the information that the management time of the camp would be from 9 am, but no one showed up in the camp till 10:30 even at that time the Tet Lag work was not completed, which caused dissatisfaction among the beneficiaries. Even as per the departmental officer, the campaign was carried out, but the block jeep with the driver of the cable car was seen walking only in some places. It appears that all the 9 retreats under the block have not been used for campaigning. The campaign conducted by the District Social Security and Disability Empowerment Department could not reach the beneficiaries. Due to which the less interested parties were convinced that the beneficiaries could not benefit from the government schemes, the discretion of the departmental officers was observed. It is being demanded in the Hitadukari Mahal and the public that if appropriate steps are taken after investigating it, the block officers and staff of the department will be vigilant and responsible.
