Kalahandi Makund Naik: (Fast News Odisha) 08.12.2025 – Kalahandi district Kalahandi block-level Kalahandi District Magistrate and security officer’s joint complaint of genocide and settlement camp was held at the block office meeting hall. District Magistrate Pawar Sain Prakash attended the joint complaint hearing camp and heard the objections of the people. In this camp, 73 objections were registered from different areas of the block, out of which 49 were individual and 22 were collective, while 11 objections were resolved immediately. Financial assistance was provided to 2 persons from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. In this camp, the District Magistrate ordered the relevant departmental officers to take necessary steps to resolve all these issues after hearing the complaints related to road repair, allowance, drinking water, land dispute, ration card, forest land lease, school wall, gate construction, education, health, agriculture, civil supply, irrigation, social security, rural development, tehsil, block etc. Due to the absence of some district level officers in this dual allegation genocide camp, the District Magistrate issued strict orders to immediately resolve public objections in the upcoming block and district level dual allegation genocide camps. The camp was attended by Chief Development and Executive Officer District Councilor Melimaya Padhi, Upazilapal Dharmagarh Preksha Agarwal, Additional Chief Development Officer District Councilor Duryodhan Bhoi, SDPO. Dharamgarh Dolamani Bhoi, District Civil Supplies Officer Akshay Kumar Mallik, District Welfare Officer Antyarami Kahar, Employment Officer Ranjan Kumar Naik, Co-Director District Savings and District Culture Officer Vivekananda Mahanand, District Information and Public Relations Officer Haldhar Nial, District Social Welfare Officer Mujibun Nisha, Additional District Education Officer Hemsagar Mahanand, District Social Security Officer Dinesh Kanhar, District Child Protection Officer Rakendu Shekhar Mohapatra, Local Block Development Officer and Tehsildar, along with various departmental district and block level officers participated prominently. Next day On 15.12.2025, a joint complaint hearing camp will be held at the Kesinga block office of the District Magistrate and Security Superintendent.
