Inauguration ceremony of district level monthly reading program at district library, Nuapada district has been inaugurated by the Chief Guest District Collector Nuapada Madhusudan Das. The main objective of this program is to revive book reading and library movement among the public and various categories of employees. Many employees, officers and members of the public participated in the program organized by the District Culture Council, Nuapada. In this program, District Information Science Officer, Nuapada Bina Tiwari in the official category and local resident Om Prakash Pradhan in the public category were given a certificate by the District Collector for spending maximum time in reading books in the library. Additional District Magistrate (General) Subas Chandra Rait, Additional District Magistrate (Regular) Prafulla Kujur, Deputy District Magistrate Surmi Soren and many district level officials participated in this monthly reading program. The program was conducted by District Culture Officer, Nuapada Ramesh Kumar Mehra and District Sports Officer, Nuapada Rajendra Badhei. In the end, Assistant District Collector Kurukshetra Naik gave vote of thanks.
