Science Drama Competition for the districts of Mayurbhanj, Angul, Balasore, Bhadrak, Dhenkan, Keonjhar, TE and SCERT, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and Mayurbhaneshwar District Education Office has organized a Science Drama Competition in the premises of Saheed Smrit Bhavan in Baripada as the chief guest. District Education Officer Poonchandra Sethi formally inaugurated the competition l Additional District Education Officer Shashidhar Singh and Additional District Education Officer Vinod Singh attended as guest of honor l District Science Visitor Wisnanranjan Acharya Manchasin conducted the guest introduction and assembly of the guests and highlighted the merits of drama l Theater actor and director Kumarmani Naik was the guest of honor, theater and Film actor and director Chinmay Das Patnaik, theater and film actor and director Dhir Besa, dance instructor Liton Patnaik, dance artist Richa Barik, dance teacher Arupananda Mahala participated as judges in the competition. Bhagirthipur High School, Regional Girls High School of Angul District, Adash stood first, second and third respectively and received certificates and trophies from the guests. Shivanarayan Das of Balasore Dahmunda Govt. High School as Best Actor, OV of Bhadrak District as Best Couple Actress, Suhana Das of Sayampur and Lady of Mayurbhanj District as Best Actress. Swagatika Panda of Hamilton Government High School, Baripada, Chandan Kumar Das of Dahmunda Government High School, Baltimore as the best director, Devdrat De of Dahmunda Government High School, Baltimore as the playwright, were awarded with trophies and bouquets from the guests. Dahmunda Government High School, Balasore District, which won the first prize in the Informative Science Drama Competition, was announced to participate in the state level to be held in Bhubaneswar. l
