Koraput, (Ranjit Nayak) Date: 12.09.2025 Rich: Three-day initiation ceremony has been held for the newly enrolled children in DAV Teacher Education School! A total of 97 children have registered in 2025-27! The students are happy to have the opportunity to study at Bhuswarg Koraput in Odisha from every corner of Odisha! Dr. Gopal Haldar, Regional Director of Education, Government of Odisha, Jaipur attended the inaugural session as the chief guest and encouraged the children! He told the children to be a good teacher and how they will contribute to the formation of the society!
The children trained as teachers in this institute and how to become a teacher to succeed in the various entrance exams, the Guru gave mantras! In this three-day program, all the professors of the college were informed about the rules of the college, examination system, dormitory, IQAC, anti-ragging, prevention of women harassment, curriculum and co-curriculum and what activities they will have in two years! The children introduced themselves and said that they will work hard on how to become better teachers! Mr. Tarun Kumar Das, the president’s award winning teacher of Central School Koraput attended the educational meeting as the chief guest! He was honored by the institute for making a short film for the Chief Guest Pila and won the President’s Award this year! Shri Das Guru gave a beautiful presentation to the students on how to teach the children using new knowledge techniques!
He opined that if educators don’t connect their teaching to current technology and AI applications, then they can’t connect children to the learning process! This program was coordinated by Dr. Bharti Jani, professor of history under the direct supervision of the head of the institute, Professor Dr. Devendra Kumar Sethi! Mr. Chakradhar Behera, Professor and Mrs. Pragwanya Paramita conducted the program! Shri Sushant Kumar Maharana thanked and all the members of the institute contributed to the success of the program!
