Phulbani/Balhakrishna Church: The two annual elections of the Press Club have concluded today. Former president Sunil Patnaik became the president of the press club for the third time and Trinath Sahu was elected as the editor. Polling started today at 11:00 am under the supervision of two Election Officers Subas Pradhan and Philimohan Naik at the Press Club and the two Election Officers were assisted by Ajit Maharana and Ashok Mohanty. Elections were held for a total of 5 posts and for President, Executive President, Vice President, Editor and Co-Editor. Out of 40 members of the press club, 38 voted. Finally the ballots were counted in the presence of all the members. The election officer finally announced the results. Sunil Patnaik as President, Prashant Behera as Acting President, Vice President – Sujit Behera and Prashant Panda, Trinath Sahu as Editor, and Ramesh Pradhan as Editor have been elected for two years.
