Nabarangpur, (Ranjit Naik) Date: 13.12.2025 Rikh: On behalf of the District Law Service Authority, Nabarangpur, the fourth National People’s Court has been established in 2025 on the instructions of Subrat Mohanty, Chairman of District Law Service Authority, Nabarangpur, in the district court premises! District Magistrate George Subrata Mohanty settled 01 (one) motor accident compensation claims (MACT) and collected T. 10,21,434/- compensation! Family Justice Department George Lilipta Pasayat has resolved 13 (one) family dispute cases, three (03) of which ended the long-term dispute and reconciled the couple! Senior bankruptcy attorney George Monita Tripathi settled the debt settlement dispute of 03 companies and collected the debt of Rs.8,57,025.86 and settled 4 bankruptcy cases Similarly, Sub-Divisional Judge, Nabarangpur Soumya Shankar Mahant has decided 66 criminal cases and settled 03 NIA Act cases and charged T. 15,353/- fine! Second Class Judge Ankita Manigarahi has solved 7 criminal cases! In this National People’s Court, a total of 100 court cases and 37,730 revenue cases were decided and 4,34,3,654/- revenue was collected! In the same way, the bank’s 22 previous lawsuits have also been settled and T. 5,79,784/- has been collected! TPSODL 187 pre-lawsuits have also been settled and T. 15,86,651/- electricity charges have been charged! Additional District George Bishnu Prasad Mishra, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sama Tripathi, joined the National People’s Court as other guests! District Legal Services Authority’s Acting Secretary Smt. Shavati Mishra conducted the National People’s Court while the lawyers and staff of the court cooperated!
