In this meeting, District Governor Maheshwar presided and said that various departments of the administration are working to protect every child in the district, every child in the society needs a family! If the child is adopted according to the law, the child can be protected. Also, the District Child Protection Department, Shishu Mars Samiti, District Health Department, BDI, CDPO, Anganwadi, aspirants instructed everyone to pay attention to how illegal adoption is not accepted in the district! Children who are living with other than their parents in the district, they have to immediately appear before the Child Welfare Committee, otherwise it will be declared invalid and the child will be taken under the control of the government, the District Governor suggested. Parents are forcing minors to marry at a young age in the name of tradition! The aim of this program is to prevent child violence in the society, to adopt children according to the constitutional law, to raise awareness about the protection and rights of children and education, said the district governor. In every block of the district where the vigilance chariot will reach, the vigilance workers, a member of self-help group, an elected panchayat representative, heads of all castes, teenage girls and other people of the village will be accompanied by vigilance workers, the administration has instructed all vigilance workers to hold a general vigilance meeting on the protection of children, foster children, protection and rights of children as per the constitutional law and education.
