A district level meeting has been held in the headquarters conference room under the chairmanship of Nuapada District Collector Madhu Sudan Das to check child labor. In the meeting, it was decided to organize a comprehensive awareness program in the entire district from the retreat level to the district head office to prevent child labour. Awareness camp on child labor prevention will be organized on every Monday during the complaint hearing of the District Magistrate. For the said awareness, the District Collector directed the District Labor Officer to take all kinds of steps as soon as possible. Next 24.12. A Rahagiri will be organized for this at Nuapada Sadramahkuma. Dance, music, art and yoga will be organized in Rahagiri program on prevention of child labour. The District Magistrate has requested all the general public of the district to participate in the said event. In the said meeting, District Labor Officer, Assistant Director Labor Department, District Krida Officer, Additional District Education Officer, District Social Security Officer, District Culture Officer and other officers were present and gave thoughtful feedback.
