The district level cooperative development committee meeting has been held under the chairmanship of Nuapada District Magistrate Madhusudan Dash. In this meeting held at the local Sadbhavna Assembly Hall, Additional District Magistrate Subas Chandra Rait, Deputy District Magistrate Shurmi Soren, DRCS Shiv Prasad Swaymen and other district officials were present. Farmers in rural areas are trusted. Farmers’ society will be prosperous if the cooperatives are safe. Then, there was a detailed discussion on cooperative development in Nuapada district for the next year. In this meeting, all the presidents and editors of the co-operatives participated and gave thoughtful opinions for the development of the co-operatives in Nuapada district. A detailed discussion was held on how Kharif paddy procurement, sub-distribution of fertilizers and seeds, disbursement of KCC loans, money withdrawal through micro ATMs can be improved in Nuapada district.
