Baripada 11/11/25 Rekh-Mayurbhanj District Congress President Mr. Purnachandra Biswal was felicitated in Mahapradambar at Shaheed Sati Bhawan in Baripada. To welcome the district president, Congress workers and lovers came to Baripada from all the blocks to welcome the district president.
