Kandhamal, (Fast News Odisha): Children’s Day is celebrated in Baliguda and its surrounding areas on the birth anniversary of the country’s first prime minister and children’s favorite Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. The idol was lit and garlanded with incense.Later, various competitions were organized in the school premises and the students were awarded with certificates.Also, a meeting was organized in the school hall under the chairmanship of the headmistress Padmini Pradhan at the nearby Government Girls High School in Badgaon.
