Kolabira 27.3 (Fast News Odisha) : Kolabira police arrested a person today and charged him to court. The arrested person is Rajesh Kisan, 34, of Langpus village under Kuchinda Meelopali police station. Even though he was married, he cheated the young woman Janeika of Sanyasipali village under Kolabira police station by promising to get her out of the love net. The young woman had gone to work outside the state and the man was working in a private firm in Jharsuguda. In the meantime, a love affair developed between the two, which eventually escalated into a sexual relationship. However, accused Rajesh cheated the young woman as he was married despite promising to marry her. And in the meantime, the young woman became constipated. Even after 4 months of pregnancy, the young woman lodged a complaint in Kolabira police station as Rajesh did not give birth. In this regard, a case under 69 of the Indian Code of Criminal Procedure has been registered in Kolabira police station. After investigating the incident, the police arrested the accused Rajesh and after conducting a medical examination of both of them, the accused was brought to court today, according to police sources.
