Baripada: “Swadeshi Jagran Manch” and “Swabalambi Bharat Abhiyan” have organized a large-scale “Swadeshi Resolve Run” in Baripada on Sunday. A large number of young students joined in this “Gana Door” which went around the city through Baripada Ambika Temple, Big Bazaar, Traffic Street, Kali Market, Stadium Circle etc. In addition, they explained the concept to the people and also made a collective resolution. Led by Vijay Kumar Das, Tushar Kant Mahant, Visveshwar Dwivedi, Gorachand Mahant, Ranjan Naik and Hemalta Das Major, the “Race for Swadeshi” featured poets like Vishnu Shetpathi, Laxmidhar Hawada, Shobhavati Ota, Norottam Manigrahi, Mamata Mandal, Soumya Ranjan Mishra, Fakir Singh, Shradhanjali Panda, Wijn Ranjan Jena, Payal Ray, Srikanth Tripathi, Subrata Mukhi, Rasikananda Mishra, Debabrata Samal, Amit Nayak, Tarun Palbabu, Sanjay Ram, Krishna Behera, Sanjay Patnaik, Shambhunath Sahu, Deepali Naik, Indubushan Jena, Sumitra Koorbabu, Shubhasmita Behera, Yashoda Das, A large number of local people participated under the leadership of Janash Hota, Vinod Das, Somnath Das, Swaikatani Shetpathi, Geetha Das, Madhabananda Sahu and Vijay Hota Major.
