Kandhamal, (Fast News Odisha): A preparatory meeting to celebrate the 77th Democracy Day at the sub-district level in Baliguda of Kandhamal district has been held in the conference room of the Upazilapal under the chairmanship of the local Upazilapal Mrs. Pranita Das. In this meeting, local tehsildar Pratham Prakash Behera, sub divisional security officer Shubham Bhosale and other departmental officers were present and gave their thoughtful opinions. Like the previous years, this year also Ramadhan will be served in the whole city by Sub-Khand Information and Public Relations Department in the morning on the same day. All government and private institutions will hoist the flag at 7 am. At 8.30 am, the national flag will be formally hoisted by the chief guest at the Biju Patnaik Mini Stadium. 22nd, 23rd and 24th are scheduled to be practiced for three days for parade practice. A mini-marathon competition will be organized on the 25th. For this purpose, various competitions such as Odia composition competition, drawing competition, Odia speech competition will be organized in the conference room of the Deputy District Collector’s office and the officials and individuals of various departments have been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing various programs.
