BARIPADA – THA:- 09/09/2025 Rikh Local Rotary Club Conference Hall on the occasion of World Literacy Day, Teacher Somnath Singh has been felicitated by the Rotary Club, Baripada for his outstanding contribution in various programs in the education department along with the development of intrinsic qualities of the students. In the presence of President Bhavani Shankar Sahu, Editor Timir Kumar Ghosh, Chief Guest PRM Vesaj College Chairperson Q. Dr. Pratibha Panda felicitated Mr. Singh.
