Baliguda, Taha, 20/02: (Sanjay Kumar Manigarahi): In this year’s academic year 2025-26 academic year, Ms. Sulagna Panda, a fifth grade student of Pattakhanda Public School in Baliguda, Kandhamal district, has won the second position, while Srivanardha Mallik, a third grade student, has won the sixth position.
