
Kirmira 21.1 (Fast News Odisha) To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Mataram in Bande, a program of Mataram singing has been held in Kirmira block-level collective Bande with the support of the State Department of Ordained Language Literature and Culture, District Administration. Vidyo Avinash Lakra was the chief guest, Tehsildar Sanjib Kullu, CDPO Musika Abha, ABO Hiranya Rohidas, Block Vice President Savitri Majhi joined as the honored guests. Freedom fighter, who sang Bande Mataram during Banga partition and instilled a patriotic spirit and suggested the country service as the mantra of his life and become a partner in nation building. A large number of school students, teachers, teachers and staff of the department were present in the program. On this occasion, students were awarded for essay, composition, drawing, speech, quiz competition and all of them recited oath and sang Mataram. Sanjita Mahanath, Block Marsa, presided over the programme.
