Malkangiri, 23/09/2025: Block level healthy women, strong family program of specialist camp was held at Shubh Udan group of health center grounds. In this inaugural program, Mr. P. Venkateswara Rao, representative of MP, was the chief guest and the guest of honor was Mandeep Roy, representative of Malkangiri MLA, Block Vice President Deepep Mandal, Mandal President Kitam. Belaya, former Block Headmaster Dev Madkami was present. In this inaugural program, District Chief Medical and Public Health Officer Dr. Dolamani Pradhan, District Public Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abhid Hussain and Additional District Public Health Officer (Family Welfare Department) Dr. Chowdhury Nihar Ranjan Praharaj Additional District Public Health Officer (Tuberculosis) Dr. Dibakar Majhi and Group Health Center Grounds Superintendent Medical Officer Dr. Dr. Samyakant Behera attended this specialist camp, a psychiatrist of the district hospital. Mohammad Abhid Hussain, Dermatologist Dr. Chowdhury Nihar Ranjan Praharaj, Vesaj Specialist Dr. Basanti Hansda, Pediatrician Dr. Pitambar Murmu, Ophthalmologist Dr. Sanjeev Kar Maqar was present in this camp A total of 355 people were examined and treated and out of them 200 women were examined and treated A Voluntary Blood Donation Camp was also organized at the group health center grounds and 6 blood donors donated blood Voluntary Blood was organized by Block Program Manager Mahanand Mistry, Public Health Extension Officer Naveen Chandra Samarth, Data Manager Suraj Kumar. All the staff of Group Health Center participated and participated in the Healthy Women, Strong Family Program today.
