Kandhamal, (Fast News Odisha): Police recovered the body of a person from a rented house. While the cause of death remains unclear, the police recovered the body by breaking down the door in the presence of the family members. Such an incident was seen in Khajurinal Sahi under Baliguda police station of Kandhamal district. The Baliguda police have started investigating the incident as the deceased was Jayakrishna Das of Chhatrapur. According to information, Jayakrishna was working as a field export in the Baliguda branch of a voluntary organization called Gram Vikas for many years. For the past few months, he was living alone on rent in Khajurinal Sahi of Baliguda. On Tuesday afternoon, while sleeping at home, he informed the police as the house owner became suspicious because the door was not opened for a long time. Baliguda police reached the spot and after checking the situation, they contacted Jayakrishna’s colleagues and informed the family. After the family arrived, in the presence of Executive Magistrate and Tehsildar of Baliguda Diptiprakash Behera, the dead body of Jayakrishna was found when the door was broken. The police have seized the body and sent it to Baliguda sub-district hospital for autopsy. On the other hand, the police have informed that the real cause of death will be known after the autopsy.
