Kolavira, 25/12 (Fast News Odisha)- The Premier League Cricket Tournament 2025-26, which started on 21st of this month at Kolavira Block Samasingha Panchayat Vograpali Sports Ground, was launched on Thursday 2025-26. The final match was held between Vele Samasingha and OMP Line Jharsuguda in which 16 teams participated. Samasingha won. Samasingha batted first and scored 129 runs for 5 wickets in 9 overs. In reply, OMP managed to score 100 runs. A bicycle was awarded by the women of the village l Pramod Patel and Ganesh Khadia were the umpires in the match l Manoj Kisan and Kedarnath Patel were the scorers l DJ Shiva Yogi gave the details l In the awarding ceremony Yunneta Durgesh Mohanty was the chief guest and former captain Sarpanch Tularam was the chief speaker and the champion team was given a trophy and Rs 50 thousand in cash and 30 thousand rupees were awarded to the runner up team with trophies l Sodamal Sarpanch Chandan Patnaik, Social activist Asit Uhidar, Laxman Rohidas, Captain Kailas, Biranchi Patel, Chandrasekhar Patel, Social activist and sports lover Ramesh Chandra Sahu attended as chief guest of honor l Vograpali Cricket Team President Pramod Patel, Editor Kedar Patel, Treasurer Vyanendra Budula, Co-Treasurer Jhankar Pashayat, Match Coordinator Kshirod Kisan, Devendra Balua, Shubham Patel Magar and all the members and villagers cooperated.
