Baripada 22/11 (Fast News Odisha) Madhuban Mini Stadium under Baripada Municipality is going to be improved. A representative team led by Baripada MLA Prakash Soren and Mayor Krishnananda Mohanty inspected the mini stadium on Saturday. While the said stadium is a major stadium of Baripada Municipality, players regularly practice sports. Along with this, women and men are restricted to travel in the morning and in the evening. Now, when there are many problems in the area of the mini stadium, they have analyzed the situation together with its solution. It has been decided to make drainage system for its drainage, soil leveling, female and male toilet system, drinking water system, lighting system by installing lights on all sides, repairing the wall, building a new cricket pitch and improving the gallery. Pope’s assistant engineer Dekshisha Swamy has been instructed to check this and prepare a DPR. Baripada MLA Shri Soren has promised to sanction the necessary funds for the improvement works. During the visit, local ward councilor Prashant Kumar Behera, Bhanjsena district president Pintu Maithi, Baripada Cricket Academy president Vikram Keshari Jena and cricket and football players were present and gave various constructive suggestions.
