Kandhamal, (Fast News Odisha): In the incident of robbing a mobile phone and attacking, Phulbali town police station has arrested the mastermind. 4 stolen bikes along with stolen mobile have been seized from him. The arrested youth is Rakesh Behera alias Solu (24) of Kukharpada, Phulbani. There are 2 more people involved in this incident. “They will be caught very soon,” said Sadar SDP Jith Biswal in a press conference held at Phulbani Town Police Station. According to information, last July 20, Rakesh along with his two friends drank alcohol near the Phulbali bus stand. 21st was Rakesh’s birthday. Lacking money, they planned to loot. At around 10:30 p.m., an outsider was walking near gate number two of the bus stand. All these 3 people went on a scooter and beat the concerned youth, kicked him and robbed him of his mobile phone. The young man came and complained to the police station, and the investigation was started. After arresting Rakesh, two stolen bikes and two mobiles were seized from him, SDPO informed.
