Baripada – Thu :- 08/12/2025 Baripada block level general knowledge competition has been held on the occasion of national discovery campaign in Lady Hamilton High School campus of Palabani. The program was inaugurated by district education officer Punchandra Sethi as the chief guest. Chowdhury, Additional Group Education Officer Tapaswini Dash, Brajmohan Murmu and School Principal Minarani Pare were present. In senior category, Ritesh Dwari of Police High School got 1st and Sheikh Abdul Ayan Roy 2nd place, Shraddha Suman Jena of MPK High School got 3rd place, while in junior category, B C Pur High School’s Dharan Kalia, Maheshwar Pradhan of Lady Hamilton High School got 2nd place. Ambika Naik of BC Pur High School stood 3rd and Lady Hamilton High School Tirtha Dwiti Ketisundar Mahanth 1st, Tussichura Colony Sahi High Primary School Samara Kumar Jena 2nd and Ayush Naik of BC Pur High School stood 3rd in the sub-junior section were awarded as chief guests at the graduation ceremony held under the chairmanship of Group I Education Officer Dr. Abhimanu Sethi. Baripada Deputy District Collector Dr. Mercysindhu Parida awarded the contestants and wished the students a bright future.
