Nuapada: In the Nuapada by-election, BJP candidate Jay Dholkia won by a huge margin, while the newly elected Nuapada MLA Jay Dholkia took oath at 1 o’clock today. Speaker Surma Padhi administered the oath in Odisha Assembly with confidentiality. On this occasion, honorable ministers and MLAs congratulated Jay Dholakia by giving bouquets of flowers. Newly elected MLA Mr. Dholakia said that he will work as a servant and always strive to make Nuapada district a developed district. l
