Malkangari, 15/12/25: District Magistrate Somesh Kumar Upadhyay and SP Vinod Patil H visited Rakhalguda, Mariwada, Niliguda and MV 18 villages today and discussed with the villagers. Once again efforts should be made to establish good relations with each other. This can only be possible by talking to each other, said the District Collector. Today, the District Collector explained to the villagers of four villages that they have to eliminate the misunderstanding between themselves. The SP asked to report any law enforcement related matters directly to the SP. SP warned people not to spread fake news or rumors on social media in such a sensitive situation. The SP also said on this occasion that strict action will be taken against those spreading fake news or rumours. Along with this, the District Collector heard the basic problems of the villagers in the village. The District Magistrate has directed the Tahsildar to speed up the issuance of housing leases to the tribals. The District Collector came to know about a student who had dropped out in Niliguda village. The District Magistrate directed Vidyo to immediately enroll him in a nearby school with hostel facilities. At that time, the District Collector explained the importance of education and the importance of female education to the parents present in the village. The villagers have agreed that they will maintain brotherhood among each other by obeying the words of District Collector and SP.
