Additional District Collector (Revenue) Vivejeet Burman, Additional District Collector (General) Tapan Kumar Khuntia, CDO, District Council Biranchi Narayan Darwan, Deputy District Collector Prakash Kumar Mishra, all district level departmental officers, BDO, Tehsildar, CDPO, Executive Officer, Municipality Nabarangpur/Umerkot were present in the meeting! Emergency Officer Gitanjali Behera recited various departmental measures according to the agenda! Precautionary measures to be taken for possible storms, floods in district meeting, stocking of food items, arrangement for flood drainage, responsibility of flood area to nodal officer, setting up of control room, road damage due to flood or storm, arrangements to remove fallen trees blocking roads, dissemination of weather reports, warnings, flood bulletins, measures for telephone and electricity supply, safe Drinking Water Supply, Health and Sanitation, Animal Care, Agricultural Problems, All Welfare in Shelters, Identification of Flood prone Areas, Advance Evacuation Plan, All Welfare at Health Centers, Odraft Teams, Fire Rescue, Post Disaster Electrification, Telephone Connectivity, Road Rehabilitation, Rescue and Relief Public, Private In cooperation with the institution, the people affected by the disaster are given shelter, food, water, sanitation, medical care, and to ensure the provision of cooked food in the necessary places and ordered the relevant departmental officials for a successful response!
