Nuapada: Government High School Tor has celebrated its annual celebration under the supervision of Principal Mr. Premlal Sahu. Nuapada MLA Mr. Jay Dholakia was the Chief Guest, Block Chairperson Ms. Taraswari Sahu, Block Vice President Mr. Dilip Kumar Nirlamkar, Nuapada District Council (Zone 9) Mr. Bharat Lal Raut, Motnupadal Sarpanch Mr. Motilal Ujir, Chulabhat Sarpanch Ms. Champbai Thakur, Motnupadal CRC Shri. Padman Bishi was present as the guest of honor. Mr. Utkalmani Agasthi, retired assistant professor of Nuapada block, attended as the main speaker and addressed the students. After reading the report of the head teacher, the MLA announced a grant of Rs.5 lakh for additional classrooms. Kishore Chandra, a teacher of Kendubahara High School, presided over the main stage and the assistant teacher of the school, Shri Lajak Kumar Sahu, gave vote of thanks. Later, the cultural program of the students started and for this the stage management was conducted by Jayakrishna Shunanimanch, the head teacher of Tan Wat Primary School. All the assistant teachers of the school Mr. Arvind Pradhan, Mr. Pankaj Satnami, Mr. Teriya Sahu, Mrs. Aparajita Behera, Mrs. Saroji Kapitan, Mr. Manish Kumar were present for the said program.
