He has been given this honor for his contribution to literary society and journalism. Founder President Dr. (Engineer) Sanjay Kumar Panda Dr. on the occasion of the 7th annual celebration and Sarasvat ceremony of Nilachakra Sahitya Parliament held in a private hotel conference room in Boudh.
