Malkangari, 22/9/25 : A joint public grievance hearing camp has been held today at Malangi Block Similibanchha Gram Panchayat Office. District Magistrate Somesh Upadhyay and Security Inspector Vinod Patil H were present and heard the complaints of the public. A total of 72 complaints were heard today out of which 22 were individual complaints and 50 were collective complaints. Grievances related to ration card, electricity connection, land mortgage, employment, drinking water, social security pension and road and building and development works were heard in the camp.
In this hearing, online services were camped for immediate resolution of issues related to ration card, labor card, Aadhaar card update, health card, social security pension and forest land. After the public complaint hearing, District Magistrate visited Similiwanchha Government High Primary School and Netaji Memorial Vidya Bhavan, MV-61 and checked the quality of midday meal and talked to the students and understood the problems of the children’s studies and facilities. Also, on the instructions of the District Magistrate, all the district level officials visited other schools and checked the quality of midday meal. District Council Chief Development Officer and Executive Officer Naresh Chandra Shabar and Deputy District Collector Ashni AL were present in today’s joint public grievance hearing camp.
