Thuamul Rampur, 26/9: Mahapranaya Yaan has been handed over to Thuamul Rampur Group Health Center by Uttara Alumina, an associate company of Hindalco Industries, Aditya Birla Group, Doraguda, Tikiri, Rayagada district. Recent steps have been taken by UIL Mining CSR. Utah Alumina continues its CSR activities in rural areas of Parsavash. It has played a leading role in providing livelihood through infrastructure development and skill training in rural areas. In order to provide dedicated services to the rural people in this series, Mahapraya Yaan has been given to Thuamul Rampur Community Health Center by Block Administration on behalf of UAI in Kalahandi District Thuamul Rampur block. It will provide free service for transportation of dead body of any person who died in the said block. At various times, people were facing various problems due to non-availability of the above vehicle to transport the dead body. With the advice of Vijay Chauhan, Head of Alumina Baflimali Mine, India, this great service has been provided to provide services to the residents of Thuamir Rampur where needed. The said vehicle was formally handed over in the presence of the Block Administrative Officer at the premises of the local community health center. On this occasion, Group Development Officer Dhrub Charan Muduli, Tehsildar Niraj Bhatra, Group Health Center Officer Dr. Pradyum Panda, MLA Representative Manik Naik along with UIL Mining CSR Head Manoj Das, Security Manager Divya Jyot Das, Vijay Bishi, Vinod Pujari and Sanjib Kumar Major were present and handed over the vehicle.
