Nabarangpur, (Ranjit Naik) Date: 10.12.2025 Rikh: Local Mission Shakti A district level agricultural strategy committee meeting for the year 2025-26 was held under the chairmanship of District Governor Dr. Maheshwar Swaymen! Chief District Agriculture Officer Sudhiranjan Behera presented the operational agricultural plan in the district according to the schedule, various agricultural activities and the strategies considered for the next Rabi season! Along with this, Horticulture Instructor, Agriculture Science Center Umerkot Chief Scientist and Project Director, Jalavibhajika also presented their respective departmental schedule and Rabi period work plan! In the said meeting, the officials of various water resource departments, all the officials of the agriculture department and other members attended the said meeting! The Rabi project was discussed in the meeting and the District Collector discussed about proper use of water and rational use of fossil fertilizers to give more importance to paddy crops than rice!
