BARIPADA 17/11: A five-day personal training program organized by the Graduate Business Administration Department of Maharaja Sriramchandra Bhanjdeo University has been inaugurated. The inaugural ceremony of this personal training program titled “Business Management Skills” was inaugurated by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pramod Kumar Shetpathi as the Chief Speaker. In his speech, he emphasized on the role of industry-education collaboration in today’s dynamic era, highlighting the great need for not only classroom education but also practical skills in business administration. Trident Academy’s Prof. Pancha Kumar Mohanty joined as the chief guest and emphasized on the integration of technology and ethical governance in his speech. Former CEO of Vizag Steel Dr. Kishore Chandra Das joined as the keynote speaker and gave a summarizing speech on how the application of various technologies in the industry is changing day by day and what qualities employers are looking for in prospective candidates. Professor Indrajit Naik, the nodal officer of the university PM Usha program said that such a program would help in the successful implementation of the PM Usha scheme in the university. Departmental coordinator and host professor Sukant Kumar Nayak gave details about the objective and approach of the training program. Coordinator of the program is the departmental assistant professor Dr. Sitaram Das introduced the guest and Professor Vivek Das proposed vote of thanks. Professor Sudeep Ghosh of NMIT Business School, retired Group Captain Sanjeev Mohapatra of Indian Air Force, Professor S.K. of Ramadevi University participated in this training program. Dahil, Professor Chandan Kumar Sahu of NIT Rourkela, Director of Fasttrack Consultants P. K. Dimension, Corporate Trainer CMA P.K. Sahu, Laxminarayan Das, Lecturer of Golap Group of Education, Miss Chuchalkshmi Raut, Deputy CEO of Ormas Mayurbhanj, are scheduled to give major training. The faculty, faculty and students of the university participated in the opening ceremony.
