Baripada:- On 19/9/2025, an awareness program was organized by Mayurbhanj Draksh Mandal, Baripada to sensitize the common people about the inefficiency of single use plastic. The shopkeepers realized this with great enthusiasm and showed interest in freeing the environment from single use plastic. Local intellectuals highly appreciated such a program of the postal department. The program was conducted under the direct supervision of Shri Pranab Kumar Mishra, Superintendent in charge of Mayurbhanch Draksh Mandal along with Mr. Ujwal Kumar, Office Supervisor of Mayurbhanch Drakshak Mandal, along with Mr. Anil Saha. , Shri Saurabh Kumar Pal, Chandrashekhar Mohanty, Sushant Kumar Behera, Rabiranjan Captain, Nayanranchan Sahu, Vidhubushan Behera, Tapaswar Mishra, Ratan Hembram, Sridhar Sethi, Sharat Mohapatra, Vijay Kumar Sahu, Abhilash Mohanty all contributed.
