Koraput, 8.9 () Governor Dr. Haribabu Kambhampati has arrived today on a visit to Koraput district. After reaching the Jaipur airport, Governor Haribabu Kambhampati was felicitated by the district administration. Later, Koraput reached the coffee table and discussed with the coffee farmers. While Koraput coffee has occupied a special place in the world market, coffee is cultivated in 90 percent of the area in Koraput district. Tribal farmers have become self-reliant by cultivating coffee in Koraput district. Further, Koraput discussed with the officials how to expand the coffee market. The Governor visited the Koraput coffee shop and saw the coffee trees and enjoyed the taste of Koraput coffee. Later, Damanyodi held talks with Nalco officials at Koraput Special Circuit House. While Nalco was preparing to shift from Navratna to Maha Ratna, it inquired about its status and asked for the improvement of the surrounding area. Later, Koraput Shahid Laxman Nayak discussed with Vesaj College officials and asked for health services and infrastructure. His Excellency the Governor said that while the independent Koraput District Shahid Laxman Naik Vesage College is dependent on its infrastructure, it is necessary to have the sole aim of providing high quality healthcare services.
