
Malkangiri, 6/9/25: Under the chairmanship of Additional District Commissioner Somnath Pradhan, a district level three-day Adi worker training program has been launched. Block level officers of Education, Health, Rural Development, Women and Child Development, Panchayatiraj, Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Tribes Development Departments were trained in the said training. In this training, the trainees were trained very well through various techniques through team discussions, presentations and various games. To build a developed Odisha by 2036 and a developed India by 2047, he vowed to work as a responsible administration till the last mile post with service, dedication and determination and to improve the overall development of the village. In the Adi Karyogi training, the government officials were informed about how to improve the knowledge, skills and morale of the people of the group and how to implement it successfully at the grass root level. BDO Matheli, BDO Malkangari, BDO Kalimela, Project Officer Women and Child Development, Executive Officer Rural Development, Deputy Ranger, District Epidemiologist, Program Manager Pirmal Foundation, Assistant Executive Officer participated in the said training. On asking Basimurthy for his feedback on this training, he gave feedback that he had never received before on such training related to rural planning and accepted the training very happily.
