At 9.45 am, a procession was led from Bhandargharani temple by Additional District Collector Tapan Kumar Khuntia and Deputy District Collector Prakash Kumar Mishra. In this procession, the senior citizens, social workers, and various government officials arrived at Sai Kalyan Mandap!
