Rairangpur on 10.12.2025 district level surgery camp for hydrocele patients has been held in cooperation with District Health Committee and Leprosy Society in the main hospital premises of Rairangpur sub-district in the prevention campaign of filaria disease. The camp was organized under the direct supervision of Additional District Public Health Officer (DPO), Mayor Dr Vijay Kumar Das and Superintendent of Rairangpur sub-district hospital Dr Rabindranath Marandi. Experienced surgeon in this health camp Dr. Sataprakash Dhal, Dr. Devendranath Parida, Anesthesiologist Dr. Jyoti Prakash Samal, Medical Officer Dr. Devendra Nath Tudu conducted health examination and 20 hydrocele patients underwent free successful surgery. In this health camp, District Vector External Disease Consultant Mr. Tapan Kumar Sahu, Leprosy Society Project Officer Prahlad Mangraj, Nursing Officer Savita Shadangi, Vector External Disease Specialist Visitor Mr. Deepak Kumar Mahanth, Mr. Vijay Kumar Besa, Malaria Coordinator Himu Kumar Mahanth Attendant Shalvi Behera, Saraswati Barik, Sweeper Ajayi Carua Major was present and co-operative.
