Kandhamal, (Fast News Odisha): Maoist posters again appeared on the streets of Telanga Padar near Kotgarh block on the Kandhamal-Rayagada district border. After a few days of silence, the Maoists were seen putting up a banner declaring the presence of the Maoists on the district border. The banner said Andhra Odisha Special Zonal Committee. The police are concerned about the banner mentioning the Andhra Odisha Special Zonal Committee while the Rayagada district area is coming under the control of the Ghumusar Naganayam (Bahuna). It is worth mentioning here that Rayagada district has achieved significant success in suppressing the mobs in Simantha Phulbani district, but some mobs are roaming around for their safety in Chandrapur, Muniguda area of Rayagada district.
