On the third evening of Ganjam District Gopalpur Beach Festival today, Hon’ble Speaker of Odisha Legislative Assembly Surma Padhi joined as the chief guest and officially launched the cultural program. Whenever the language and culture of Odisha has been attacked, the first voice of struggle has arisen from the soil of Ganjam. This festival not only describes the art, literature, culture of Odisha but also describes the beauty and prosperity of Odisha. Minister Shri Mahaling mentioned that such a long festival can be organized only during the government of Double Engine. Minister of Industry and Commerce and Transport, Steel and Mines Shri Bibhuthi Bhushan Jena expressed the hope that this festival will be made into a unique festival in the world in the coming days with the cooperation of all. Dr. Siddhanth Mohapatra, a prominent MLA and famous artist, said that the Gopalpur Beach Festival should be given a place in the tourism calendar. So that it can spread far and wide.
